1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products and Orders

  • We offer a variety of kpop and original design goods for sale.
  • All orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel any order.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We strive to provide accurate product information, but there may be occasional inaccuracies or errors in the product descriptions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, or availability.
  • Pre-Orders: pre-orders are orders that are placed before the product is in our hands. Pre-Orders require additional time for order fulfillment (up to 6-12 weeks, or more if stated on the product page). Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.

3. Payment

  • We accept various payment methods, which can be found on the checkout page.
  • You agree to provide accurate and current payment information.
  • Your payment information is secure, but we are not responsible for any third-party payment processing errors or security breaches.

4. Shipping

  • We offer shipping domestically to the USA, and to most international countries. We currently do not ship to the UK due to VAT laws.
  • If your country has customs or import fees, you are responsible for paying those fees according to your country's policies. We will not be responsible for any fees imposed after the order has been shipped.
  • International shipping may not include tracking, or may only include tracking up to leaving the USA. 
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and order size.
  • We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier. We cannot replace lost or stolen orders. If you experience any issues after the order has been handed to the shipping carrier, please contact them directly. 
  • Estimated shipping time is after your order has been handed over to the postal carrier. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be packed and shipped.
  • "STICKER MAIL ONLY" options can only be used for orders that contain only stickers (up to 20 stickers). If you choose this shipping option and your order does not fit those specifications, your order will be cancelled.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds for any purchases.
  • All purchases are final sale.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including but not limited to images, logos, text, and designs, is the property of our business and may not be duplicated, resold, or repurposed.

8. Links to Third-Party Websites

  • We may provide links to third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these websites.

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to our website at our discretion, without prior notice.
